Bought this model to replace my previous LG dryer and it works very similarly. I especially like the Towels setting which the old model didnt have. Not crazy about the black door - it has an odd appearance. And occasionally I need to add time to get a load fully dry. Otherwise great purchase. I havent used the app and dont see the need for the WiFi connection.

Our dryer had quit so long ago that I had forgotten how wonderful having one is. Wonderfully being able to adjust the temperature setting is easy I can keep colors from fading while still getting everything dry in under an hour. No longer have an ugly annoying loud buzzer going off but my phone gets a nice notification. Much better.

Solid Dryer Looks Great with Matching Washer

I bought this almost a year ago. The delivery experience wasnt good and I had to set this up myself when it was a white glove service but after that bump everything has been really good. There are plenty of functions and if you dont want the intelligence dry and want to go old school like me you can do a manual timed dry and the dryer lets you add quite a lot of time to it. I havent tried for more than 80 minutes yet youd have to dry something pretty badly soak to use more than that. Its also energy efficient and I think you do get a rebate. It looks sleek easy to use plenty of functions. The lint tray is inside at the bottom for easy cleaning I use the gas version and with myself and my roommate using it weekly my normal gas usage with daily cooking soup making and hot water usage its usually in the $20 area.

Why LG is Great

I own a LG Washer Dishwasher OLED TV now a LG DRYER Model DLG3601W. It came with a reversible door but my installer broke his bit trying to unscrew the door their AE service claimed they dont service door reversal so I tried WD-40 an Impact Screwdriver etc. - all to NO AVAIL. As I searched their website I came across a way to contact LGs President of Customer Care https://www.lg.com/us/support/email-to-president After explaining my dealings with AE trying to get the door reversed eventually his rep who works in the Presidents office sent an LG technician to successfully do the job. Its GREAT to know that the President reads the messages takes pride in having satisfied customers. It took a few weeks to finally get it done but maybe other corporations should have a President of Customer Care that you can contact - one that REALLY cares
