This little window unit was easy to install, and with 12,000BTU it cools both the living room and bedroom of my small rental apartment. As a landlord, I recommend this for those who have small apartments.

I've owned this A/C unit for a little over 2 months and it's great. The Eco setting is wonderful, when it reaches the temperature you've set for it, the unit shuts down and doesn't start up again until the temp goes above your setting. Saves a ton of money by not just recirculating the same air. My A/C bill has gone down $25 per month since I got the unit.

I just bought this air conditioner at the end of the season. I found it at a lumber yard by chance. The old it replaced was a Frigidaire also with the same 12,00 BTU rating. It cools the whole 1st floor of my Cape. Installation is easy in fact all the screw holes lined up where the old one was. I must say the new one is much quitter than the old one, but cooling takes a little longer. I like the full length vents like the old one.
