I like the microwave except for one important problem: the cook time button says "cook timer". When trying to use a timer feature I ran the microwave for a minute or so before realizing the microwave was on with nothing on it. Then, when my parents were visiting, my mom couldn't figure out how to microwave her food because there was no "cook time" button. I explained that for some reason the button says "cook timer". Then, my dad was cooking for us and thought he was using the timer and ran the microwave for 25 minutes with nothing in it. So our brand new microwave is toast. All due to poor labeling by Frigidaire.

This microwave is just what we wanted. It's the right size and we like the features, however the start and stop buttons could be a little bigger.

I bought a similar microwave before and it outlasted every other brand we've purchased in the past. I consider Frigidaire the best in class. We also have their refrigerator we purchased and have not had any issues for 16 years!.

I bought the microwave as a replacement for the exact same model that burned out after 7 years. We like the design and enjoy the simple/staight forward features that are intuitive to use.

I purchased this microwave to replace the unit at my mom's house. The original contractor did a sloppy installation. I also purchased the "installation kit" which was a tremendous help. The finished look is excellent and my mom loves it.

had a built-in Jen-Aire which was from 1997 and worried it wouldn't fit. But all worked great. I like that although a little smaller outside the turntable is much bigger. All the auto cook features were also a boon. Very satisfied!

Prior microwave over 20 years old and wanted one similar to it - didn™™t want to go to college to learn how to use something different - this fits the bill perfectly and I love it - so easy to understand/program/use - Certainly recommend
