Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for our growing Service Department in Pawtucket!
This is a permanent full-time position, with benefits (holidays, vacation, 401k, flex-time, medical etc.) and room to grow. Hours of availability are Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM, and alternating Saturdays with availability for 9AM-5PM. We are closed on Sundays. A work week will consist of five (5) days.
Experience in Customer Service & multi-line phones in a fast-paced call center is a preferable. Requirements include proficiency with computers, communication by email, well-organized, the ability to multi-task and follow direction, take initiative, and excellent customer service skills.
