Now Hiring: Appliance Technicians
We are seeking Full-Time Appliance Technicians for Immediate Hire!
Photos taken pre-COVID; facial coverings & distancing are strictly enforced.
We perform in-home repairs of all major appliances, including luxury brands, to customers who live in Rhode Island, nearby Massachusetts & Connecticut. This is a permanent full-time position, with beneﬁts including healthcare options, accrued/paid vacation and personal time, paid holidays, employee purchases and a 401K type plan. Competitive hourly wage (based on experience level), we also offer a monthly bonus plan.
Candidates must be able to show a current drivers license and clean driving record; must have the ability to lift and move appliances, a basic level of computer skills as well as basic email and internet capabilities. Enjoy our family business atmosphere: We are closed on Sundays, so a work week consists of ﬁve (5) days Monday-Saturday. Experience is preferred but not necessary.

Customer Service Representative
Wickford Appliance is hiring!
We are looking for Customer Service Representative’s for our growing Service Department in our Rumford location.
This is a permanent full-time position (38-40 hours), with benefits and growth possibilities within other departments of our company.
The hours of availability are Monday-Friday 8am-9pm and alternating Saturdays with availability for 8am-5pm. It is a 5-day work week, and we are closed on Sundays.
We have openings in multiple shifts: Morning, afternoon and evening.
Experience in Customer Service, multi-phone line, fast-paced call center is preferable. Requirements would include proficiency with computers, communication by email, well organized, ability to multi-task and follow direction, take initiative, and have excellent customer service skills.
