Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our growing Service Department in our Rumford, RI location!

As the independent appliance leader in Rhode Island, and the only company in the state that employs their own sales people, service technicians, customer service representatives, delivery teams, appliance installers, and master plumbers, we are anxious to add good men and women to our team.

This is a permanent full time position, with benefits and room to grow. The hours of availability are Monday-Friday 8AM-5:30PM, and alternating Saturdays with availability for 8AM-5PM. It is a 5-day work week, and we are closed on Sundays.

Experience in Customer Service, and multi-phone line fast-paced call center is a preferable. Requirements include proficiency with computers, communication by email, well-organized, the ability to multi-task and follow direction, take initiative, and excellent customer service skills.
