I was so impressed with your delivery crew that I thought I should drop you a line. They were not only prompt and courteous but they showed so much respect for my home in installing the washing machine by protecting my carpet and cleaning up the floor where the old washer was. I was taken aback when he started wiping down the floor. He said, "ma'am, this will be only opportunity you get to get the floor clean before the new one goes in." It was so wonderful.
