I had a horrible experience with Sears, ordering a washer and dryer. The details are too silly to go through again, but after 2 deliveries of the wrong washer and dryer, I ran to your store in Wickford desperate on Memorial Day weekend to obtain a washer and dryer. Not only was your staff AWESOME but a washer and dryer was in my home 3 hours later. On MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!!!!!!! Needless to say I still have a washing machine from Sears in my living room because they haven't picked it up yet. I will buy my appliances from no one else other than you!!!!!!!!!! I have told all my friends to come and see your team if they need anything.

Hi, Cathy, I apologize for the delay on this as I have been traveling a lot. I wanted to take a quick moment to thank you for your help. Also, if you would pass on a thank you to the technician and gas installer who did the last delivery, as my fiance' said they were very professional. I would have copied the Branch Manager and Service Manager, but I am currently on the road, so I could not look up their information. In any case, if you could pass this on, that would be appreciated. Again, thank you for your help.

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with my refrigerator delivery today. I was called 1/2 hour prior to delivery which gave me enough time to drive back home from work. My delivery person was Vasco and a young man he was training. They were both very polite and efficient. I felt Vasco really knew how to take care of his customers. I thanked him, but I hope this email will let him know that his excellent customer service skills are much appreciated. As they were finishing up the young man he was training stuck his head in the door to say "have a good day". I think Vasco will teach him some very good habits and you will have two excellent employees. P.S. Vasco also mentioned the plumbing service you are now offering.

I just want you all to know that Vasco and Dan went above and beyond when then installed my new refrigerator on April 19th. They gave excellent service and were on time, very polite and gentlemen. Gary Spatcher was our salesman and he was well informed, accommodating and gave great customer service. Thanks to them and you all for running a great local business!

I am writing regarding a sales employee we met at the Wickford Appliance & Lighting store in Pawtucket on Monday, April 26, 2010. We arrived at the store one hour before closing to choose and purchase a washer and dryer. We were greeted by Cathy Coston, who was very friendly and assured us she could help. She asked us questions about what we wanted and needed. She showed us several options that met our needs and budget. She was able to give us great advice and answer every question we threw at her honestly and happily. She was thorough and didn't seem to mind that we came in at the end of the night, last minute. We found Cathy to be very knowledgeable about all the products. She went out of her way to get us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Because of Cathy, our experience buying a washer and dryer was easy, pleasant and quick (we left the store before 8:00!). We were so pleased with the way we were treated, we will definitely be back to Wickford Appliance & Lighting when our kitchen needs an update! Thank you for employing such a wonderful sales associate!

Last Friday I had a Bosch Stackable washer and dryer delivered and installed by Vasco and Dan from Wickford appliance. I just wanted to let you know how courteous, helpful and professional they were. Vasco even went so far as to get on his hands and knees and wipe up some water which had leaked from my old machine. He even asked me for some Lestoil to clean the floor before installing the new machine. That is what I call service! Thanks to them my delivery and installation went very smoothly. They are a credit to your company.

This letter is being sent on behalf of my wife and I, to convey our gratitude to your employee Mr. David Lizotte for the dedication, patience and skill he demonstrated when installing our dishwasher this past Thursday (4/8/10). The installation was, by anyone's standards, an extremely difficult one. Mr. Lizotte creatively problem-solved the issues that faced him regarding both the de-installation of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one and then took the time and extreme physical effort to do the work, and in a way that avoided the need to remove or damage the floor tiles that prevented the easier de-installation and installation of the appliance. The competency of employee's such as Dave Lizotte is one of the reasons for Wickford Appliance's stellar reputation.

Your delivery people I found to be fast, clean and knowledgeable. They instructed me on the proper way to use my new washing machine to prevent wear and tear and how to properly balance the load with the self leveling system. Your customer service team was always one step ahead of me in supplying information on delivery and satisfaction. My first experience with Wickford Appliance has been exceptional and it will not be the last!

I had a washing machine delivered to my home in South Kingstown RI last Saturday, March 6. I just wanted to let you know that the two gentlemen who made the delivery were outstanding. They gave me a call to tell me of their arrival and promptly arrived when they stated they would. My new machine was brought into my home and placed into my laundry room with such care not to damage my new machine nor my home. In a very short time they had the machine ready for use. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and friendly service. I'm sorry I don't remember their names but the pride they took in the job they were performing is a credit to your company. If you can tract down those two gentlemen please again tell them "Thank You" for a job well done.

I was very impressed with the plumbing department at Wickford Appliance. Rick and Ben came to my home to replace a disposal. Rick was an excellent teacher as Ben was learning. Both men were very professional. Great job!

"Dear Wickford Appliance: My husband purchased for our house, a Whirlpool washing machine through your store. The item was delivered this morning at 9am. I was so impressed with your delivery crew that I thought I should drop you a line. They were not only prompt and courteous but they showed so much respect for my home in installing the washing machine by protecting my carpet and cleaning up the floor where the old washer was. I was taken aback when he started wiping down the floor. He said, "ma'am, this will be only opportunity you get to get the floor clean before the new one goes in." It was so wonderful.
