Every aspect of our appliance purchase with you has gone so exceptionally well. We want to thank you first. From the time we walked in to just look around , we learned alot more about what we should consider through your knowledge. Because of that, we had the best delivery of our three beautiful Kitchenaid appliances. The new kitchen may be complete in a week and we can barely wait to put everything to use. Ron and Eric were terrific. They were very careful, professional, and accomodating to our 1959 home.
I hope to send you a few pics shortly . I think you will agree we ended up with a beautiful new kitchen.

I'm writing to give you feedback on a service call that was made to our home today. My wife called Wickford Appliance first thing in the morning requesting a service call to look at our oven which, as of last night, stopped functioning properly. The technician came to our home today and diagnosed the problem, but said that he didn't have the part on his truck. Instead of calling it a day and saying that he would need to order it or return to our house later in the week with the part, he got into his truck, drove to Wickford, got the part, and drove back to our house and installed the part. As a result, our kitchen is back in business.
I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate everything the tech did for us today. In times like this when service often takes a back seat, Wickford Appliance is a breath of fresh air. Please thank the tech who helped us out today. We are both very grateful. We've been customers of Wickford Appliance for years. This experience tells us, once again, why we're happy customers!

I must tell you that the service that I have received from Wickford Appliance has been SECOND TO NONE! Outstanding job by your company. As you may remember I had 2 deliveries, one for my dishwasher, the other for my range. Your people were amazing. Very helpful and they paid attention to every detail, explaining all that I needed to know.
Obviously the sales portion was just as seamless since you made my buying experience a pleasure! And the follow up? Well I don't need to say anymore since you have proved that (by your email about the rebate)!
I will NEVER hesitate to mention Wickford Appliance to my family, friends and business contacts in the future.

I was looking for a new stove and to be honest with you did not want to go to the BIG stores, wanted someone local. I went on the web looking for the local appliance store in Coventry. He did not have a website but then I noticed your name and realizing you have been around forever checked it out. Website was great and you happen to have on sale what I was looking for, a gas range. When I arrived I explained to Rosa the range I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. After completing the transaction she said she would try to squeeze in delivery and would get back to me the next day. She not only got back to me but had secured delivery for the 23rd. I was personally not there for the delivery but my daughter indicated delivery people were nice and in and out in 15 minutes.
I just wanted to relate what a pleasant experience I had shopping at your store, from beginning to end. Rest assured when I need another appliance you will be the first place I go to.

Service Department reports customer visit
A customer came in and said he owned Fred W. Smith in Wakefield for 56 years. He said that the reason he came into our store is because he went to our website and saw that we were closed Sundays for family day and he thought that this was a really nice thing.

Last Saturday, we bought a GE dishwasher at the Wickford store and my wife decided not to purchase the extended warranty. It was installed today by your representative, Bruce. He provided excellent service, was very professional, and extremely helpful in explaining the process in response to my questions. He is an excellent asset to your organization. In addition, based on the very positive experience we had with him, my wife decided to purchase the service contract (done today). Thanks for your excellent sales and service - we are repeat customers and will remain so.

I wanted to send kudos to Neil in parts. He did some researching for a lid switch and his customer service skills were outstanding. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and have never experienced the service that Neil gave me. The best part was that Neil constantly kept me in the loop with everything that was going on.

Cathy, starting with my initial visit to the store followed by the communication process throughout the progression of the purchase, you have been very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciate all of your efforts. Everyone that I have had contact with that has been associated with your store has been helpful and well-informed. My final contact was with Vasco and Mike who delivered my stove, in terrible weather conditions, with such consideration for the stove and newly installed floors. I just wanted to let the management in the Delivery Department at Wickford Appliance know that I was very impressed with the delivery service of my new refrigerator and removal of the old one. The delivery guys, Vasco and Neil, were professional and friendly, and very careful not to damage any woodwork in the house. Vasco, in particular, was exceptionally good at judging size and distance to determine the best way to get the appliances through the door, and I was amazed at the way they were able to pass the new fridge through the small space they had to work with. They even went as far as lifting the appliance up and carrying it nearly horizontally to clear a kitchen counter. They went above and beyond to get the fridge into a tight spot, replaced all doors and hardware they had to remove, and even took a couple of minutes of their valuable time to replace the fridge doors in the direction I wanted. Awesome job!
This was my first purchase with Wickford Appliance, and look forward to delivery of my new kitchen range in a few weeks when it arrives in stock.

I had a horrible experience with Sears, ordering a washer and dryer. The details are too silly to go through again, but after 2 deliveries of the wrong washer and dryer, I ran to your store in Wickford desperate on Memorial Day weekend to obtain a washer and dryer. Not only was your staff AWESOME but a washer and dryer was in my home 3 hours later. On MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!!!!!!! Needless to say I still have a washing machine from Sears in my living room because they haven't picked it up yet. I will buy my appliances from no one else other than you!!!!!!!!!! I have told all my friends to come and see your team if they need anything.

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with my refrigerator delivery today. I was called 1/2 hour prior to delivery which gave me enough time to drive back home from work. My delivery person was Vasco and a young man he was training. They were both very polite and efficient. I felt Vasco really knew how to take care of his customers. I thanked him, but I hope this email will let him know that his excellent customer service skills are much appreciated. As they were finishing up the young man he was training stuck his head in the door to say "have a good day". I think Vasco will teach him some very good habits and you will have two excellent employees.
P.S. Vasco also mentioned the plumbing service you are now offering.

I am writing regarding a sales employee we met at the Wickford Appliance & Lighting store in Pawtucket on Monday, April 26, 2010. We arrived at the store one hour before closing to choose and purchase a washer and dryer. We were greeted by Cathy Coston, who was very friendly and assured us she could help. She asked us questions about what we wanted and needed. She showed us several options that met our needs and budget. She was able to give us great advice and answer every question we threw at her honestly and happily. She was thorough and didn't seem to mind that we came in at the end of the night, last minute. We found Cathy to be very knowledgeable about all the products. She went out of her way to get us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Because of Cathy, our experience buying a washer and dryer was easy, pleasant and quick (we left the store before 8:00!). We were so pleased with the way we were treated, we will definitely be back to Wickford Appliance & Lighting when our kitchen needs an update! Thank you for employing such a wonderful sales associate!

Last Friday I had a Bosch Stackable washer and dryer delivered and installed by Vasco and Dan from Wickford appliance. I just wanted to let you know how courteous, helpful and professional they were. Vasco even went so far as to get on his hands and knees and wipe up some water which had leaked from my old machine. He even asked me for some Lestoil to clean the floor before installing the new machine. That is what I call service!
Thanks to them my delivery and installation went very smoothly. They are a credit to your company.

This letter is being sent on behalf of my wife and I, to convey our gratitude to your employee Mr. David Lizotte for the dedication, patience and skill he demonstrated when installing our dishwasher this past Thursday (4/8/10). The installation was, by anyone's standards, an extremely difficult one. Mr. Lizotte creatively problem-solved the issues that faced him regarding both the de-installation of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one and then took the time and extreme physical effort to do the work, and in a way that avoided the need to remove or damage the floor tiles that prevented the easier de-installation and installation of the appliance.
The competency of employee's such as Dave Lizotte is one of the reasons for Wickford Appliance's stellar reputation.

Your delivery people I found to be fast, clean and knowledgeable. They instructed me on the proper way to use my new washing machine to prevent wear and tear and how to properly balance the load with the self leveling system. Your customer service team was always one step ahead of me in supplying information on delivery and satisfaction.
